Single custom homes & remodeling
- Frames and glass: lifetime coverage.
- Labor: lifetime for the original owner while occupying the home.
- Screens: one year.
Commercial, multifamily & tract housing
Frame, glass, seals, hardware and labor are covered for ten years.
Making a claim
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) or Service Case Number is required. Please have your proof of purchase, product series, purchase and installation dates and installer contact details ready. Service is generally limited to a 50-mile radius of our Whittier, CA facility.
Not covered
- Improper installation, maintenance or non-factory parts
- Normal wear, fading and coastal hardware corrosion
- Storm, pet or accidental damage
- Painted vinyl finishes
- Condensation, mold and mildew
