How should I clean my vinyl windows?
Use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and pressure washers, which can damage the vinyl and seals.
How do I keep sliders operating smoothly?
Vacuum the tracks regularly and wipe them with a damp cloth. Keep weep holes clear so water can drain.
Why do I see condensation on my windows?
Condensation is caused by indoor humidity meeting a cooler surface. Running exhaust fans and improving ventilation usually reduces it. It is not a defect of the window.

How do I lock my new patio door?
Close the door fully – the auto-lock engages as the panel meets the frame. To unlock, lift the latch on the handle and slide the panel open.

Contact us with your proof of purchase, product series, purchase and installation dates and installer details. We will issue a Service Case Number or RMA and schedule the next steps.
